The Camp sits at the doors of MidCity District, an 140-acre mixed use development in North Alabama. At MidCity, a finely balanced mix of uses will surround parks, plazas, and walkable streets.  In all, patrons, residents and visitors will find +/-450,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment; +/-350,000 square feet of tech-office space; up to 1,200 residential units; and +/-550 hotel rooms, adjacent to the only activated adventure park in the Tennessee Valley. The parks, live entertainment, and recreational elements are the focal points for the Project. The 40-acre Public Park integrates a functional lake system along with the 8,500 seat regional outdoor Amphitheater, Topgolf, multi-purpose lawns, and the “Adrenaline Zone” that will host a variety of outdoor activities.  A one-mile biking and running trail is planned to encircle the lake and recreational environment and connects with the City’s master greenway system and new bike paths.
